This is Shannon's Cheesy Potatoe recipe!

1 bag Tater Tots

1 container (16oz) sour cream

1 can of cream of chicken soup (sometimes I use 1 can of cheddar cheese soup too and it makes it SUPER cheesy)

1 bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or whatever cheese you like)

1 stick of butter

I microwave my tater tots in LARGE bowl for about 8-10 minutes so they will fall apart when stirred, you could bake them in the oven too, but I am usually in a rush:)
Once tater tots are hot out of microwave, add can of cream of chicken, sour cream, stick of butter, and HALF the bag of cheese. Stir ingredients until the Tater Tots fall apart (usually happens when you stir them anyway) 
Spread in a 9x13 pan and top with remaining shredded cheese
Cook for 25-30 min at 350

Easy and DELISH and kid friendly! (My kids hate onions)
